Job summary

Amazon Logistics in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an ACES (Transportation Excellence) Specialist to drive process standardization across last mile operations and empower stations with the knowledge and tools to improve quality KPIs. You will contribute to delivering fast, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries while supporting network-wide best practices.

You will lead on-ground efforts, manage change processes, and monitor delivery performance using KPIs.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes.
• Experience using the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience in problem solving and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Onground support & firsthand contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking.
• Work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success through in-station and on-road performance indicators.
• Set up action plans and execute to drive current performance to benchmark rates.
• Drive successful order execution to positively influence customer satisfaction.
