Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with a strong civil engineering background and expertise in landscape modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows for landscape hardscape softscape and water features
• Manage clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Revit and BIM 360
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific protocols
• Facilitate coordination meetings with architects engineers and contractors
• Ensure model accuracy compliance with standards and timely updates
• Train and support team members on BIM tools and processes
• Integrate BIM data with project scheduling and cost estimation tools (4D/5D)
• Prepare detailed drawings shop drawings and as-built documentation

Required Skills & Software

• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks BIM 360 Revizto
• Strong understanding of landscape architecture
