Apparel Group in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Learning and Development to plan and implement training initiatives for Corporate Functions across the GCC.

The role supports employee development, performance improvement, career planning, and business objectives by coordinating learning programs, managing training delivery, guiding the training team, and assessing development needs across a multicultural organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in training, human resources, or retail operations.
• Experience coordinating and facilitating training initiatives.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and implement GCC training activities for corporate functions.
• Develop and update learning programs for a multicultural workforce.
• Lead and mentor the training team; manage manpower planning.
• Visit offices to assess employee skills and provide feedback.
• Measure training effectiveness and maintain records.
