Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Executive - Learning and Development to lead training initiatives that strengthen employee capability, retail performance, career development, and continuous learning. This on-site role manages regional UAE training activities and develops learning programs for multiple brands.

The position emphasizes evaluating training effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of cost-efficient solutions to enhance brand performance and staff development

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in training, human resources, or retail operations.
• Experience coordinating and facilitating training initiatives.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement training activities across the region and UAE in line with established policies and best practices.
• Align training initiatives with business requirements and sales objectives.
• Develop new learning and development initiatives based on evolving employee and organizational needs.
• Create, communicate, coordinate, and implement the annual training calendar across brands.
• Guide and monitor the training team in applying effective training methodologies.
• Develop and deliver cost-effective training solutions addressing identified employee development needs.
• Build knowledge of new brands and products within the portfolio and transfer relevant product knowledge to the training team.
• Review and enhance brand training content to maintain quality and effectiveness.
• Analyze employee training feedback and implement relevant improvements.
• Recommend learning materials and delivery approaches that strengthen participation and training effectiveness.
• Ensure the training team follows established learning and development best practices.
• Measure training delivery and follow-up activities while maintaining comprehensive training records.
