Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in training, human resources, or retail operations is desirable.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record coordinating and facilitating training initiatives in retail and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement training activities in the GCC for Corporate Functions to support sales objectives.
• Develop new learning & development initiatives per business needs.
• Create and coordinate the annual training calendar for all brands.
• Monitor and guide training team to improve training effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Deliver cost-effective training solutions and ensure team knowledge of new brands.
• Review feedback and update training programs accordingly.
• Introduce new learning materials and training delivery approaches.
• Maintain best training practices and training delivery records.
• Design courses to meet organizational and individual training needs across cultures.
• Implement training processes and modules; initiate in-store and leadership programs.
• Visit Corporate Offices across regions to assess staff skills and provide feedback.
