Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional methods, employee development, and training evaluation.
• Experience supporting performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of training compliance and quality standards, with experience in Forbes training and compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual L&D plan.
• Conduct needs assessments with department heads and line managers.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, inductions, and development initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, completion, effectiveness, and feedback.
• Develop individual development plans and career development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning methods and content.
• Maintain training records and prepare L&D reports/dashboards.
• Coordinate mandatory training and ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and procedures.
• Monitor Forbes training/compliance requirements and maintain records.
• Prepare departments for internal and external training audits.
• Monitor training compliance and follow up as needed.
• Support performance management and employee development processes.
• Identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
• Assist with succession planning and leadership development.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Develop learning initiatives contributing to satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a resource for learning opportunities for staff and managers.
• Coordinate and support L&D team activities.
• Build relationships with department heads and external training providers.
• Select and manage external training providers and facilitators.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
