Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to help plan, implement, and evaluate the organization’s learning and development strategy in the UAE.

The role collaborates with department heads to identify development needs, coordinate training programs, monitor compliance with standards, and promote continuous learning across teams.

You will support performance management, talent development, and leadership programs while ensuring training records are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or HR
• Experience designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs
• Strong knowledge of learning needs analysis
• Experience with performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HRIS/LMS and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; professional certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the learning and development strategy.
• Develop annual training and development plans with department heads.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and inductions.
• Monitor attendance, effectiveness, and feedback; report results.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Promote continuous learning and drive employee engagement.
• Coordinate with external training providers and ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records and prepare L&D dashboards.
