Overview of the Role

We are seeking a driven and consultative B2B Key Account Manager to join our Automotive division’s Fleet (B2B) team. In this role, you will take the lead in identifying, qualifying, and developing business with corporate and government customers across the UAE. You will present tailored fleet mobility solutions, promote our TE brands, and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a strategic, relationship focused position ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with strong experience in automotive fleet, EV solutions, and consultative selling.

What You Will Do
  • Achieve quarterly and annual corporate sales targets by executing a strong sales strategy.
  • Develop new go to market approaches across industries and emirates.
  • Deliver confident, consultative pitches that clearly articulate TE brand value propositions.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts, securing annual purchase plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market insights.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all key account matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the deployment and operation of charging infrastructure and fleet mobility solutions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies—especially in new energy vehicles.
  • Ensure accurate customer data management and prepare fleet performance reports.
  • Maintain accounts receivable within company guidelines.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • Proven experience in Automotive B2B (Fleet) sales — minimum 2 years in a commercial or major account role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong network of fleet customers across the UAE.
  • Good understanding of Aftersales requirements for B2B customers.
About the Team

You will join the Fleet (B2B) team within our Automotive division, working closely with the B2B Manager. The team focuses on delivering tailored fleet mobility solutions to corporate and government clients across the UAE. You will collaborate cross functionally with sales, aftersales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.

  • Experience with consultative sales; SaaS sales exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong business development skills, especially entering new sectors or industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database tools).
  • English fluency required; Arabic language is a strong advantage (mandatory for the first two hires in the team).
