Elite HR Consultancy is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to drive business development for CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions in the Oil & Gas sector in Dubai. You will identify new opportunities, conduct outbound outreach, and coordinate product demonstrations for the senior sales team to build a strong pipeline.

Hiring: Junior Sales Executive - CTRM & Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Location: Dubai, UAE. Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 + Attractive Commission. We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support business development for Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within the Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and commodity trading sectors.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• Understand client requirements and assist in positioning CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Enterprise Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solutions.
• Exposure to the Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, or ERP industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software solutions and effectively communicate their business value.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE when required.
