Elite HR Consultancy seeks a motivated Junior Sales Executive to drive business development for CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions in Oil & Gas. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, meeting scheduling, and proposal preparation to build a strong sales pipeline.

You will engage with clients to understand requirements, demonstrate software value, and support the sales team in hitting monthly and quarterly targets. Travel within the UAE may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, or ERP is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and commodity trading.
• Outbound calls, emails and follow-ups to build a sales pipeline.
• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for senior team.
• Understand client requirements and position CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
