Job summary

Elite HR Consultancy is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to drive business development for CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions in the Oil & Gas sector in Dubai. You will identify new opportunities, conduct outbound outreach, and coordinate product demonstrations for the senior sales team to build a strong pipeline.

The role requires 1–3 years in enterprise software sales, strong communication, and a willingness to travel within the UAE.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development in Enterprise Software.
• Experience with ERP, SaaS or IT solutions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and commodity trading.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build sales pipeline.
• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for senior team.
• Understand client requirements and position CTRM and Dynamics ERP.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activities.
• Build relationships with clients and support achieving targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as required.
