Your Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sectors (Finance, Technology, Life Sciences)
• Help manage job postings, candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and support in building strong talent pipelines
• Assist in market mapping and research for ongoing mandates
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain and update ATS systems and reporting tools
