Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing agency.
• Strong UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Job description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for assigned vacancies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency-based assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various functions and industries.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide suitable profiles.
• Manage candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and recruitment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
• Strong experience in UAE/GCC recruitment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using job portals, and recruitment databases.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE recruitment market and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
