Job Brief:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Recruiter with mandatory experience in the retail industry to lead the full-cycle recruitment process and support business growth across various departments and GCC markets.

This role is critical in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-calibre professionals aligned with the company culture and goals.

The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment across the GCC, while working closely with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements and identify suitable talent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all GCC markets.
• Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by department and country.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews, including in-person, virtual, and telephone interviews.
• Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and refine selection criteria.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
• Recruitment experience within the retail industry is mandatory.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing candidates for retail business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
