Job summary

shadow team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments in the UAE. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, while building a strong pipeline and collaborating with management on workforce planning.

The role requires fluent English and Arabic, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with modern recruitment platforms.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

• Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and initial assessments.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop recruitment strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS or recruitment software.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Improve the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be finding, attracting, and hiring top talent across different departments. You should be proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator in both English and Arabic.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience hiring for media, sales, customer service, operations, or digital marketing roles.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting through social media and professional networks.
