Job summary

BlackStone eIT is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer in Dubai to provide technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. You will respond to tickets, troubleshoot end-user devices, and maintain security practices across systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, a Bachelor’s in CS or IT, and strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, and virtualization. UAE work environment with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in IT Support, Service Desk, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and business applications.
Experience with remote desktop tools and help desk software.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level IT support for end users.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN/DNS/DHCP network issues.
Monitor IT infrastructure, servers, and network devices.
Install updates, security patches, and OS upgrades.
Respond to service requests within defined SLAs and escalate as needed.
Support virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Document incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.
Implement security best practices and compliance measures.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software support.
