The role focuses on troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and devices, with emphasis on accurate documentation and security procedures.

You will support onboarding/offboarding and handle remote incident escalation as needed. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in IT or related fields, solid English communication, and ability

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of hardware, peripherals, and basic networking (IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication and ability to assist non-technical users.

Mansioni

• Provide first-level IT support remotely via email, chat, and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, application errors, and software installation problems.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel.
• Resolve basic account access and password issues; manage user permissions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and DNS issues.
• Assist with printer, monitor, and other peripheral problems; document steps and resolutions.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot business applications.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by IT procedures.
• Document support requests, steps, and resolutions; monitor incoming requests.
• Follow IT security policies and report suspicious emails or incidents.
• Escalate complex issues requiring elevated access; perform routine IT checks.
