Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and RFP responses with pre-sales/technical teams.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Attend industry events, tech expos, and networking forums in UAE.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced *IT Sales Executive* with strong technical knowledge in *AI Solutions, Cyber Security, and Networking* to drive B2B sales, manage enterprise clients, and close high-value IT deals in Dubai.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

*Sales & Business Development:*

• Generate and convert B2B leads for IT solutions including AI, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and market research.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling.

Technical Sales & Solutioning

• Pitch IT solutions including AI tools, Cyber Security services (Firewall, Endpoint Security, SOC, VAPT), Networking (LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, WiFi), and related IT services.
• Understand client requirements, conduct needs analysis, and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and RFP responses in coordination with pre-sales / technical team.
• Conduct product demos and client meetings to explain technical features and business benefits.

Client & Account Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, SMBs, and government clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.
• Act as main point of contact between client and technical/delivery team for seamless execution.

Market & Reporting

• Keep track of market trends in AI, Cyber Security and Networking domain.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Attend industry events, tech expos, and networking forums in UAE.

Required Skills & Competencies

• *5+ Years UAE experience in IT Sales is MANDATORY*
• Strong technical knowledge in *AI, Cyber Security & Networking* - Must have
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT solutions / IT services
• Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong network of corporate clients in UAE is a big advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office
• *UAE Driving License is a strong advantage*

Qualification

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. MBA / Sales background is a plus.
