• Proven experience in IT management or a senior IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, VLANs, and VMware environments.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installations and PBX systems (Yeastar preferred).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and remote support tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including servers, switches, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Oversee VMware environments ensuring high availability and system stability.
• Manage and troubleshoot local and remote connectivity issues across office locations.
• Install and configure CCTV systems to meet security standards and monitor coverage.
• Set up, manage, and maintain PBX systems such as Yeastar including complex call routing workflows.
• Provide daily support for both hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks to ensure reliability and performance.
• Offer remote assistance using desktop tools or cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with management to assess IT needs and propose upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, licenses, and IT inventory.
• Manage IT-related vendor relationships and coordinate with external support when necessary.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the IT environment from server management to user support and proactively maintain business continuity. Key Responsibilities

Network & System Management

• Set up monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers switches VLANs and firewalls.
• Oversee VMware environments ensuring high availability and system stability.
• Manage and troubleshoot local and remote connectivity issues across office locations.

CCTV & PBX System Setup

• Install and configure CCTV systems to meet security standards and monitor coverage.
• Set up manage and maintain PBX systems such as Yeastar including complex call routing workflows.

IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide daily support for both hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Perform system updates backups and maintenance tasks to ensure reliability and performance.
• Offer remote assistance to team members as needed using remote desktop tools or cloudbased solutions.

IT Planning & Coordination

Salary Range and Benefits

Salary Range: 5000 AED - 7000 AED per month (based on experience and qualifications). Benefits: Medical insurance as per UAE law visa sponsorship.

Work Arrangement

This is a fulltime onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be ready to work from the designated office in the UAE.
