Job summary

SOS Computer Technology LLC is hiring an IT ICT Solutions Engineer in the UAE to support system integration projects, presales activities, and AMC customer sites. The role requires strong IT/ICT knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and coordination with vendors.

The ideal candidate will handle LAN/WAN networking, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi and IT infrastructure while contributing to proposals, BOQs, and solution designs. UAE driving licence and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 2–5 years of IT ICT system integration experience.
• Experience in IT ICT System Integration or ELV/ICT projects an advantage.
• UAE experience and driving licence preferred; CCNA/CompTIA or equivalent certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/ICT support to SOS group companies and sites.
• Support presales activities, prepare technical proposals and site surveys.
• Configure IT equipment, troubleshoot networks, and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist in AMC site support, maintenance, and documentation.
