Job summary

NX Digital Technology is seeking an experienced ICT Presales Engineer to support design and proposal of ICT technology solutions in the UAE. You will understand client requirements, develop technical solutions, prepare proposals and BOQs, and conduct presentations alongside sales, project and technical teams.

You will design networks, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data centers, cloud and enterprise technologies; coordinate with vendors and engineers to deliver technically feasible,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, networking, or engineering.
• 3–6 years of ICT/IT presales or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data centre and cloud solutions.
• Hands-on with BOQ/BOM, RFP/RFQ responses and solution designs.
• Experience with vendor products and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions.
• Design and develop solutions covering networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data centers, cloud and enterprise technologies.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, BOMs, RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements from clients.
• Prepare network and infrastructure solution designs, diagrams and architecture.
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop technically and commercially viable proposals.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and POCs for clients.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and distributors for product selection, specifications and pricing.
• Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Work closely with project and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
