Job summary

SOS Computer Technology LLC is seeking an IT & ICT Solutions Engineer to support group companies, handle system integration projects, presales activities and AMC customer sites across the UAE. You will combine IT/ICT technical knowledge with troubleshooting and presales skills to design, specify and deliver effective solutions, coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Travel within the UAE is expected and the role emphasizes delivering robust IT infrastructure, networking and ELV

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Networking or related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT/ICT, System Integration or ELV/ICT projects.
UAE experience preferred; UAE driving license preferred.
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, Fortinet, Huawei, Cisco, Aruba or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT/ICT technical support to SOS group companies and AMC sites.
Troubleshoot networks, LAN/WAN, switches, routers and security.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for projects and tenders.
Prepare network diagrams, system architecture and technical documentation.
Assist presales with BOQs, proposals and site surveys.
Attend preventive and corrective maintenance and health checks at AMC sites.
