Job summary

HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in the UAE seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to promote IT audit and compliance services across the Dubai market. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with C-suite and IT leaders, and manage the full sales cycle from market mapping to deal closure.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant selling experience, deep understanding of UAE IT regulations, and a proven ability to hit quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience selling IT audit, risk management, cybersecurity, or compliance services in the Middle East/GCC.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• In-depth understanding of UAE laws governing IT, data protection, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & client outreach to C-suite and IT leaders in target industries.
• Consultative selling to identify client pain points and present IT audit solutions.
• Lead end-to-end pre-sales: qualify leads, develop proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate, close contracts.
