Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking a Dynamic Sales Associate for its Accounting, Audit & Tax Consultancy practice in the UAE. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term clients through consultative selling. A valid UAE driving licence and local base are required.

The incumbent will collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, drive revenue growth, and meet monthly sales targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales and business development experience within the UAE consultancy sector — specifically in Accounting, Audit, and/or Tax services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving licence and be currently based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SME and corporate client segments.
• Generate and qualify leads; convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling.
• Manage and grow an active pipeline of Accounting, Audit, and Tax service opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
