Job summary

LHH is seeking an Export Sales Manager for the Middle East and Emerging Markets. The role is based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi preferred) with extensive international travel to build a high‑value pharmaceutical portfolio and lead business development across the region.

You will manage customers and distributors, develop partnerships, support product registrations, and work with Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to drive revenue growth and long‑term market expansion.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker or fluent Arabic (C1/C2 level).
• Fluent English.
• Commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in international sales, export management, business development, or distributor management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Availability for frequent international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing pharmaceutical customers and distributors.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Represent the company at major international exhibitions and industry events, including CPHI and Arab Health.
• Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support product registration activities with international partners.
• Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and commercial plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned regions.
