PharmaCare UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop pharmaceutical sales across the UAE. The role requires a commercially driven leader with deep knowledge of the UAE market, able to deliver sales growth and motivate a high-performing team.

Key duties include setting sales plans, targeting growth, managing key accounts, and supporting new product launches and tenders. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven team leadership or sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
