Job summary

Uniphore is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive regional marketing across the Middle East from its Dubai office. You will translate regional priorities into campaigns, content and programs that move the pipeline and hit revenue goals.

Based in Dubai, you will partner with regional Sales leadership, design ABM and multi-channel campaigns, and lead regional events while tailoring global narratives to the Middle East market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B field marketing in tech.
• Proven ability to build regional marketing plans.
• Strong partnerships with Sales leadership.
• Analytical mindset with funnel optimization.
• Knowledge of Middle East market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Middle East Sales to build regional marketing plan focused on priority markets.
• Design and run multi-channel campaigns - digital, events, partner co-marketing, ABM, and more - to support pipeline generation and customer acquisition across the Middle East.
• Lead account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting priority accounts.
• Plan and execute regional events, including industry conferences, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Track and report on the field marketing funnel, with a focus on pipeline contribution, and progress against regional revenue goals.
• Gather market insights from the field to inform product positioning, validate region-specific sales practices, and track the local competitive landscape.
• Tailor global messaging and product narratives to resonate with local Middle East audiences where needed.
• Maintain regional funnel dashboards and ensure marketing efforts are tracked and reported accurately.
