Job summary

NicheHR Global in Dubai seeks a Senior Export Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for premium lubricants in global export markets. You will guide distributor networks, set strategies, and drive growth across Africa, CIS, Middle East, Americas, and Asia while achieving ambitious targets.

You will collaborate with the technical team to refine products, manage credit and debt collection, and represent the company at international exhibitions and seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–10 years in lubricants sales operations and export, with Africa and CIS experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/French/Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Marketing team to achieve lubricant brand goals.
• Oversee distributor management and regional expansion.
• Drive annual sales targets across global markets.
• Promote products in assigned markets.
• Generate leads and close deals with customers.
• Maintain key customer and distributor relationships.
• Collaborate with technical team to improve products.
• Represent company at exhibitions and seminars.
• Manage debt collection and credit limits.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for management.
