PlaceUp in Dubai is seeking an Export Sales Executive to drive international sales, nurture existing customers, and uncover new business opportunities across overseas markets.

The role requires coordinating with logistics, finance and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment, attending exhibitions, and meeting revenue targets while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of export/intl/B2B sales experience.
• Experience with international customers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of English; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
• Identify and approach new customers, distributors, and partners.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients.
• Generate leads through market research, outbound sales, networking, and contacts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and close sales.

• Manage export orders from initial enquiry through to shipment and delivery
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM/customer records
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in export sales, international sales, or B2B sales
• Experience dealing with international customers and distributors
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of export processes, shipping, and international trade documentation
• Strong commercial and business development mindset
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets and customers
• UAE market experience is an advantage
