Job summary

Health & Wellness Brand is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Dubai to identify retailers, pharmacies, distributors and ecommerce partners across international markets. You will build prospect lists, qualify leads, and book meetings for the senior sales team.

Requirements include 2+ years in BD/lead generation, CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience, and strong research and communication skills. Based in Dubai with outbound focus and global partner outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales Development.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, personal care, retail, fashion or wellness is highly desirable.
• Experience using CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong prospecting, cold outreach and lead generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify retailers, pharmacies, distributors and ecommerce partners across international markets.
• Build prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity.
