Job summary

MS Pharma in Dubai is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Executive to promote healthcare and skincare products across the UAE. The ideal candidate is an Arabic-speaking sales professional with UAE pharmaceutical sales experience who can join immediately.

You will build long-term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and clinics, deliver product presentations, meet monthly and annual targets, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and drive business growth in the Dubai

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical sales experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
• Prepare structured call plans to cover healthcare professionals effectively.
• Record and maintain field activities and reports using the CRM system.
• Promote MS Pharma products to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct product presentations, detailing visits and sampling for doctors and pharmacists.
• Build long-term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
