Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and proficiency in design software, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to details and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop interior design concepts that align with the overall project vision.
• Create detailed design plans, including layout drawings, furniture selections, lighting schemes, and color palettes.
• Source materials, furnishings, and fixtures that are within budget and meet quality standards.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.
