Requirements and Skills

• Candidate must have an experience in luxury villas, residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Able to supervise work at site, coordination with the supplier and familiarity with ID industry standard and with international/local market suppliers.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D drawings, mock-ups and renderings) for clients.
• Expertise in layouts, cad detailing, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
• Attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
