Job summary

Zurich Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Officer to process customer requests via phone or written channels, delivering market-leading service and maintaining strong relationships.

The role requires UAE national status with Family Book, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in related field, and fluency in English and Arabic, with experience in AS400 and Content Navigator.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in related field.
• Understanding of the Insurance Industry and employees’ benefits.
• Experience in an international and diverse organization would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency with AS400 and Content Navigator.
