Job summary

Zurich Insurance, Dubai office, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle customer requests via phone or written channels and to maintain strong relationships by delivering market-leading service. The role requires 2+ years in a related field, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and fluency in English and Arabic.

Knowledge of AS400 and Content Navigator is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and problem solving.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book or equivalent residency considerations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent) with 2+ years in related field
• Understanding of the Insurance Industry and employee benefits
• Experience in an international, diverse organization is beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Experience with AS400 and Content Navigator
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Good organisational and planning skills
