Zurich Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Officer to process customer requests via phone or written channels, delivering market-leading service and maintaining strong relationships.

The role requires UAE national status with Family Book, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in related field, and fluency in English and Arabic, with experience in AS400 and Content Navigator.

The Costumer Service Officer will process customer requests (either via a phone call or written request) to meet the expectations of their customers by providing market leading service and retaining excellent customer relationships.

Job Accountabilities

As Customer Service Officer, the key responsibilities will be:

Set and achieve targets to maintain productivity, efficiency and quality standards. Meet the requirements of their customers Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of tasks and services, while demonstrating knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, and demonstrate clear adherence to customer focus, work collaboratively across all operational areas. Take personal responsibility for resolving basic queries from customers and agents. Help identifying and taking forward continuous improvement opportunities.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: To be a UAE National with Family Book. Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent), and 2 or more years of experience in related field. Understanding of the Insurance Industry and employees’ benefits. Previous experience working within an international and diverse cultural organization would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic. Expertise in systems such as AS400 and Content Navigator. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Accuracy and Attention to details. Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and external and internal stakeholders. Effective personal organization and planning skills.
