Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales professional to drive enrollments in our training programs. You will conduct outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and tailor information to client needs.

You will follow up leads, promote courses, and aim to exceed monthly targets while building strong relationships with prospective clients. Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Training Industry background preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to understand client needs.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote courses.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits.
• Act as primary contact throughout sales process.
• Research training needs of potential clients to tailor approach.
• Identify opportunities to enhance course offerings based on feedback.
• Maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM.
