Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Inside Sales/Telesales professional to drive enrollment of courses and services. You will reach out to prospective clients, follow up on leads, and promote training programs with a focus on meeting monthly KPIs.

Requirements include at least 2 years in telesales or inside sales, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Candidates from Training Industry background preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote courses.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients; address questions and concerns about training programs.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits; tailor messages to client needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
• Research training needs of potential clients to tailor the sales approach.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing course offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
