Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and mentor a team of inside sales professionals, driving targets and revenue growth in a fast-paced market.

You will develop strategic plans, analyze market data, and streamline processes to boost efficiency while building strong client partnerships and delivering accurate forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6-8 years' experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
