Job summary

RIXOS in Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

You will lead the sales team, craft plans, recruit and coach staff, and build lasting relationships with clients while reporting to upper management.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as sales representative or sales manager.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
