WeOne’s client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their IT team. The role covers end-user support and system administration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage incidents, user accounts, patches, backups, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-user support and system administration experience.
