Job summary

We One client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their IT Team. You will deliver L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues and help manage incidents and service requests with proper documentation.

In addition, you will assist with software installations, hardware upgrades, access management, asset inventory, and user training. You will collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain system health across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in end-user support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with user account management, software management, and patch management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
