Job summary

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED's Bab Al Shams Desert Resort Dubai is seeking a Team Leader in Room Dining to lead a service-focused team and ensure guests receive prompt, personalised service in a luxury setting.

You will coordinate shifts, monitor food and beverage quality, train staff, and uphold the resort's standards, creating memorable dining experiences that reflect Emirati hospitality and the resort’s destination storytelling.

Qualifications

• Hotel or Restaurant Management Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• HACCP certification.
• 2–3 years in a similar position in a five‑star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work and multi-skill team members.
• Brief and debrief the team; pass information clearly.
• Ensure POS is prepared to a high standard and take guest orders.
• Monitor service speed and quality of waiter service.
• Manage outlet to align with concept; maintain inventory and par stocks.
• Plan staffing, rosters, and weekly schedules.
• Handle guest inquiries and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain warm, professional image and guest relations.
