Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the section’s SOPs at all times.
• Responds to feedback from guests and develops strategies to address service gaps.
• Keeps informed about local market trends and suggests improvements for the resort.
• Innovates and investigates new ways of delivering services to guests.
• Handles guest complaints professionally and documents all incidents for management awareness.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel policies, credit policy, and security procedures.
• Assists guests with loading/unloading luggage and delivers items to rooms promptly.
• Delivers faxes, messages, parcels, and newspapers to guest rooms and confirms guest identity.
• Communicates effectively with guests and other departments to ensure service quality.
• Welcomes guests, assists with baggage, and ensures secure handling and transfer of luggage.
