Kerzner International's Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for In Room Dining to uphold the highest standards and drive KPI performance. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and lead a team across luxury dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in beach bar or related hospitality, international 5-star hotel exposure preferred, and solid understanding of P&L.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant beach bar or related hospitality experience.
• International exposure with 5-star hotel experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in upholding high standards across operations.
• Drive departmental KPIs focusing on Guest, People, Product and Profit.
• Engage and motivate colleagues through training and coaching.
• Oversee profitability and cost control of the department.
