Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar F&B or in-room dining management role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• International hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with the daily management of the In Room Dining department.
• Support smooth and efficient service across all operating periods.
• Monitor daily departmental performance and identify issues requiring corrective action.
• Help maintain profitability by controlling labor, operating expenses, and avoidable waste.
• Coordinate employee schedules according to forecast demand, occupancy, and service requirements.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage during peak periods and special events.
• Train team members on service procedures, guest interaction, operational standards, and departmental expectations.
• Support ongoing employee development through coaching and feedback.
