Job summary

TLM Distribution, part of the TLM Group, is seeking an ICT Presales Engineer to join our Dubai team in Burjuman. You will design tailored networking solutions, deliver demos and POCs, and respond to RFPs for resellers, system integrators, and enterprises. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with leading brands to craft competitive offerings.

The role requires CCNA/CCNP, 4+ years in tech, and strong English communication to support cross‑selling and partner engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• 4+ years of successful experience in the technology industry as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training sessions, both in-house and to external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Wi‑Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, or RF-Elements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations demos and proof of concepts POCs for customers and partners.
• Respond to RFPs RFQs with accurate technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors Ubiquiti MikroTik Ruijie Aruba RF-Elements to build competitive solutions.
• Provide presales technical support during customer meetings partner events and exhibitions.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Materials BOMs solution architectures and network designs.
• Stay updated with the latest networking trends products and competitor offerings.
• Support account managers with technical expertise for cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
