Job summary

KPR Info Solution in Dubai is seeking a part-time Compensation Analyst & Benefits Coordinator to join our hybrid team. You will analyze compensation data, help design and maintain salary structures, and support job analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

You will administer benefits programs, answer employee inquiries, and assist with communicating compensation policies. Daily duties include reports, dashboards, and collaboration with HR and finance to stay compliant with

Qualifications

Strong skills in compensation planning and compensation management.
Experience in job analysis and job evaluation.
Expertise in developing and maintaining compensation structures.
Ability to prepare pay ranges and salary bands aligned with market benchmarks.
Proficiency with HRIS and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of UAE labor regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/business/finance or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Analyze compensation data and support salary structure design.
Assist with job analysis, evaluation, and equity reviews.
Administer benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries.
Prepare reports and dashboards; maintain accurate HR records.
