Role Description This part-time Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves analyzing compensation data, supporting the design and maintenance of salary structures, and assisting with job analysis and evaluation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. The individual will help administer benefits programs, respond to employee inquiries, and support the communication of compensation and benefits policies. Daily tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with HR and finance teams, and supporting compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines. The role also contributes to periodic compensation and benefits reviews, process improvements, and documentation of procedures.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in compensation planning and compensation management to support the design, review, and administration of total rewards programs.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in job analysis and job evaluation to help ensure role clarity, internal equity, and consistent application of grading frameworks.
• Candidates should possess expertise in developing and maintaining compensation structures, including pay ranges and salary bands aligned with market benchmarks.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency with HRIS and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret compensation survey data.
• Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills to explain compensation and benefits information clearly to stakeholders.
• Candidates should have knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in the UAE and familiarity with relevant labor regulations.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, and prior experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics, is preferred.
