Job summary

SFORS in Dubai seeks a C&B Specialist to join our HR team and drive compensation, benefits, and analytics across the company. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and managers to ensure fair, data-driven compensation practices that align with UAE requirements.

The role offers exposure to budgeting, benchmarking, and reporting in a fast-paced trading environment. We value accuracy, confidentiality, and strategic thinking as we optimize incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in C&B, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, bonuses, and benefits.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with budgeting and personnel cost analysis.
• Good understanding of UAE compensation and employment practices.
• English B2+.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day compensation and benefits processes.
• Support salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, allowances, and other compensation changes.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market pricing for new and existing positions.
• Prepare compensation and headcount budget calculations, forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Calculate and validate variable compensation and bonus payments.
• Support the development and improvement of compensation and incentive schemes.
• Manage and benchmark employee benefits and coordinate with external providers.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc C&B reports and analytics.
• Maintain C&B dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
• Support automation and optimization of C&B processes and HR systems.
• Ensure compensation practices are aligned with company policies, grading structures, and UAE requirements.
